Return & Cancellation Policy

At Holy Brats, we want you to have a smooth hassle free shopping experience. We provide our customers with the best products at the best prices. The Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on holybrats.com within 7 days of the receipt of the product. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost (Conditions apply). However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

 

7 Days Returns Procedure –

In case the product received is incorrect or defective: You can either select Holy Brats Return Pickup or self-ship the product back to us. In case you return a product at your cost, we would give you a Gift Voucher of 100 rupees to compensate for the cost incurred. We will examine the returned product and dispatch a replacement within 3 working days if exchange is requested.

In case you do not want a replacement or a replacement is not available, we would give you an option to choose between 100% refund or reward credits for 100% of the product cost. Refunds/exchange will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse.


Conditions for return -

  • Products should be unused.
  • Products is not delivered more than 7 days ago.
  • Products should be returned or exchanged in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, and invoices.
  • If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition
  • For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied
  • Product should not be purchased under Clearance Sale.

Refund Procedure -

In case of online refunds, it will be credited to the same account where the transaction has been made by the customer. If you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Holy Brats.

In case of COD refund, a cheque will be sent to the customer by courier. The Payee name has to be confirmed by the customer while logging a complaint; else, the refund will be on hold.


Undelivered Shipments -

In cases where product is returned to origin, if customer has paid online, the product will be reshipped once more. If it is returned to origin the second time, the product will neither be reshipped nor will the amount be refunded. COD Returned to Origin will not be reshipped.

In case shipments get untraceable / lost, in case of online orders, a new shipment will be initiated, but with a few days delay.

 

Order Cancellations -

If you would like to cancel an order, you can email (care@holybrats.com) our customer service and provide details of the order you would like to cancel. If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund. Once the order has been shipped but not delivered, cancellations will attract deduction of courier cost.
